Duties and responsibilities:

  • Manager of the Maintenance Planning Team (Short and Long Term).
  • Oversee the Long-Term Maintenance Plan
  • Write the department procedures and define responsibilities.
  • Liaison and negotiation with MRO providers for the performance of the planned work 
  • Cooperation with MOC Managers, MRO’s and other departments to maximize a/c availability.
  • Create and control department SLA’s and KPI’s and report performance on a regular basis to management .
  • Oversee of the heavy and line maintenance work package preparation
  • Report deviations and overdues to the S&C department along with investigations and gap analysis .
  • Track of deviations and issue recommendations to Engineering concerning AMP performance and compliance
  • Cooperate with the MOC and Material Team in order to handle on time due items .
  • Set up of a bridging maintenance check for incorporating of the aircraft into the approved operator’s maintenance program if required .
  • Optimize Fleet availability through effective maintenance planning .
  • Reconcile of MNT Plans with Scheduling
  • Follow applicable requirements of the Safety Management System in accordance with Section 4 of the OMM
  • Perform Initial Competence Assessments of people, directly reporting to you.

 

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience within a CAMO or AMO organization is desired.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Manager position
  • A320FAM CEO/NEO type training (Level III) is desired; A330 training is an advantage.
  • Fuel Tank Safety training, EWIS training, and Human Factors training are desired.
  • Thorough knowledge of Part-M, Part-CAMO, and Part-145 regulations.
  • AMOS working experience is preferred.
  • Fluency in English.
